Parenting Plan Evaluations
An in-depth, forensic evaluation for complex parenting cases involving mental health, substance abuse, trauma, or high-conflict dynamics. Includes all components of a CFI, plus:
• Psychological testing & screenings
• Expanded collateral contacts (8–15+ sources)
• DHS records review and analysis (CO Department of Human Services)
• Substance abuse history and risk assessment
• Attachment and trauma integration throughout
• Comprehensive 20–40+ page report with clinical formulation and recommendations
Evaluation Components
Psychological Screenings:
Administration of objective personality assessments

Interviews:
Individual interviews with each parent (2-3 hours total per parent each)
Observations of each parent with child(ren)

Photo/Video documentation as needed
Collateral Information:
Interviews with prior service providers (therapists, doctors, GALs, guardians, teachers)
